To ensure quality of client services the Association utilizes individual and personalized planning processes based on 24 Hour Planning (M. Kovacs).

The system is founded on the value that all services or personal support provided by the GPDAMH will firstly, be wanted by the consumer and, secondly, act to enhance the presence, connectedness and contributions of that person in the community.

Each consumer, along with their parent/guardian, will be able at the beginning of their relationship with the Association (and periodically thereafter), to experience this planning process.

This regularly reviewed Plan will be the directing force of the nature and extent of services people will receive from the GPDAMH, regardless of whether services are Day Program or Residential (see also: JANUS Planning).
